Employment Services With Video Conference Service. Announced By IEFP - Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional.

As of May, IEFP reinforces alternative channels to face-to-face service and promotes service to job seekers using the video conference platform.

In order to facilitate widespread access to the information and services provided by it, IEFP, IP has focused on diversifying its access channels and providing remote services to citizens and entities, namely the IEFP online portal, email and the Information Center. Contact.

In continuity with the strategy of modernization of employment services, IEFP, IP implements a new service of distance attendance, through videoconference, which allows communication with its users to be done quickly, reducing time and avoiding travel employment services.

The aim of this initiative is to improve the quality of the response to jobseekers, through the development of the technical interventions necessary for their insertion process, among which stand out collective sessions and individual interviews, using video conferencing.

This remote service will be carried out with candidates with technological conditions to participate in interventions promoted by videoconference and will start in May.

In this sense, a disclosure email is being sent to all registered candidates, asking them to answer a questionnaire regarding the equipment they have to access these online interventions.
